Building is a very tough industry and not for the faint hearted, There is a good reason why it’s most regulated industry and complex process, all this is there to put protections in place to protect the consumer. Getting the right advice to get a project up and running, a budget to suit design expectations is task in itself.

I have seen so much money goes down the drain due to poor planning, or inept building designer / architect that drawings that simply do not work. As a builder, I get the drawings at tender process and it’s too late for to put cost effective measures in place.
